I honestly thought it was already beautiful and didn't really need to change as drastically. I would have kept the embellishments and just replaced the knobs (as it seems one is missing) and paint it all one bold color.

ReplyDeleteYou know, I agree that the embellishments would be pretty to emphasize with some antique technique or something. I guess it was the wood part that was kind of shabby that made me think I'd have trashed it. :-)
